EMAIL:MLGW: higher bills, though reduced usage

Unfortunatelly, I continue to have unexpectedly high than expected bills, even though I have tried to reduce usage (thermastat not less than 75 for ac,use fan,little usage of lights or stove, blinds always closed, south windows blacked out with sheets also) yet my bill keeps, going up, I am currently very ill and I can;t do w/o ac. As always, I will pay as much as I can. The past year I have had to change my utility budget from 75-150 to 200 although I am sure that my consumption should be less due to an extended illness that has me bedridden. I will make an online payment of $200.00 before Jun 30 and try to catchup as soon as I can. I would appreciate any suggestions on getting control over my usage without affecting my health.
